#1 METHOD

• Go to search and type “Adjust the appearance and performance of windows” .
• Press enter and a new windows will open.
• There are two ways of solving this problem :-

1. a. Under visual effects select “Let windows choose what best for my computer”
2. b. Under Visual effects select custom and and check “show thumbnails instead of icons.

• Click on apply.
• Now click on Ok.

• If this does not work then try next method !.

# 2 METHOD

• Go to the location of your images or videos.
• Click on File -> options (see below).

• Go to view tab and  uncheck “always show icons,never thumbnails and check “display file icon on thumbnails”.

• Now your problem is solved!.
